What we can help with
Corrections and updates are the most valuable messages we receive. If a fee has changed, a kiosk operator has left a location, a licence status has moved, or a link is broken, tell us and we will verify and fix it. We also welcome questions about how a route works, suggestions for pages we have not written, and enquiries from journalists and researchers looking at the Central Florida crypto landscape.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not a financial services company, so there are things we genuinely cannot do — and it is fairer to say so than to leave you waiting on a reply.
We have no access to any exchange, wallet or kiosk operator, so we cannot unlock an account, reverse a transaction, release a withdrawal or retrieve a password. If you have an account problem, contact that company directly through the support channel on its own website.
We cannot recover lost or stolen cryptocurrency, and we would warn you strongly against anyone who says they can for an upfront fee. If you have been defrauded, our scams page lists the reporting routes — the FBI's IC3 portal, the FTC, the Florida Attorney General and your local law enforcement agency — and the sooner you file, the better your chances.
We also cannot tell you what to buy, when to buy, or whether a particular investment is right for you. That is regulated advice and we are not licensed to give it. For decisions about your own money, speak with a licensed Florida professional.
